Application Period
For the current LVN cycle, the application period is April 13-April 27, 2026.

A minimum grade of C is required in all prerequisite courses. A grade of C- is not accepted.
Other required items: Current American Heart Association BLS Provider card and proof of high school graduation, GED, or college or university degree.
Registered Nursing planning note: BIO 15 can satisfy the Licensed Vocational Nursing prerequisite, but students who plan to continue into Registered Nursing later should take BIO 7 and BIO 9 instead.
