You'll need to connect with a counselor to determine how, or if, previous coursework will count toward your goal.
- If you're preparing to earn a degree or certificate from Gavilan, order your official transcripts from each school you attended and send them to (admissions@gavilan.edu)
- Connect with a counselor to request a transcript evaluation. Appointments can be scheduled on Gav Connect. Note: The transcript evaluation process may require multiple meetings with a counselor. Bring unofficial copies of your transcript to the appointment.
- Transcript evaluations are reserved for students who:
- Have a Gavilan ID
- Are eligible to register
- Plan to earn a degree or certificate from Gavilan

- Order your official score report from College Board for AP and CLEP exams, or Internation Baccalaureate for IB exams and send them to Gavilan Admissions (admissions@gavilan.edu)

If you haven't already, apply for Financial Aid by submitting the FAFSA or the CADAA.
Log in to your MyGav Portal, access Student Self-Service, and complete your payment as soon as possible.
Unpaid balances may place a hold on your account, which can delay things like registering for future classes or receiving financial aid.
