New to Gavilan Student Orientation
The Orientation is available on the MyGav Student portal - a Gav ID/PIN and placement information is required. Complete the orientation prior to registering and meeting with a counselor.

Students who complete the Orientation have an easier introduction to college, move toward their goal with more confidence and in a reasonable amount of time. Completion of the Orientation and an education plan qualifies students for priority registration.
** GECA and/or concurrently enrolled high school students do not complete a Orientation session at this time.
