Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines
Students are encouraged to complete their financial aid application by March 2nd of each year to ensure timely delivery of financial aid funds. The school will review your application and may request more information if it is necessary to complete your file. Below are important dates and deadlines to help you with your financial aid planning efforts.

Frozen Enrollment Dates
The frozen enrollment date is the date that Financial Aid uses to determine each student's eligibility for various financial aid awards such as Federal Pell Grant, SEOG and Loans. Students should enroll in all classes or make necessary changes to their schedule before the frozen enrollment date. Late start courses will only count towards your financial aid if you are registered before the frozen enrollment date.

Disbursements and Refunds
All disbursement and check mail dates are estimated. We make every effort to maintain the published schedule; however, it is subject to change.
Funds will be disbursed/credited to the student account after all required documentation has been satisfied by the student and the file has been reviewed and completed by a Sr. Specialist. Please note that it can take 2-4 weeks for the financial aid file to be reviewed and completed.
Financial Aid funds will first be applied to any outstanding balances. If a credit remains on your student account, the Business Services Office will process a refund check, which will be mailed following the dates below. Please allow approximately two weeks for processing and mailing.
