Covid-19 Safety Protocol Information
The health and safety of our campus remain our highest priority, and together we can follow these steps to keep our campus community safe:
DO NOT COME TO CAMPUS IF YOU ARE SICK.
If you have any common symptom of COVID-19, Do Not Come to Campus except to visit the drop-in COVID-19 testing site.
COVID-19 at-home tests are available at the Student Welcome Center (Gilroy Campus), human resources office, Hollister Campus, or email studenthealth@gavilan.edu to request a test kit.
REPORT POSITIVE COVID-19 CASES OR EXPOSURES.
To assist with contact tracing and prevent the spread of COVID-19, report all COVID-19 positive cases and exposure involving staff, faculty, and students using the confidential and secure COVID-19 Reporting Form.
Vaccination Appointments and Drop-in clinics are open.

Emotional Wellness and Mental Health Services
In-person, phone, and virtual visits for emotional wellness counseling appointments are available.
Gavilan College offers emotional wellness and therapeutic support to all currently registered students for free. Use the emotional wellness self-referral form to request an appointment or visit the Counseling website: www.gavilan.edu/counseling

Recuro
Students enrolled in credit courses have access to Recuro, a tele-health and tele-medicine service provided via telephone and secure video by board-certified physicians. All students enrolled in credit courses have access to this service as it is paid for by student health fees. The first consultation is FREE of cost to the student. Click for Recuro Information.
