We're happy to help with any technology issue or problem relating to teaching, online or otherwise.

Please send an email to disted@gavilan.edu and describe the issue.

  • Describe any error or problem with your online class
    • the inclusion of screen shots, g00 numbers, course section numbers, etc are much appreciated and will resolve the issue more quickly
  • Get your online courses cross-listed / Merge multiple CRNs into a single online course.
  • Troubleshoot an error message.
  • Anything else that might need some kind of Technology Support.

Login issues such as: Passwords/PIN issues, email account problems, etc are handled by IT. You can contact them directly for immediate help.
