Spring Semester January 29 – May 24, 2024
AVIATION FIRST DAY OF INSTRUCTION
Last day to register/add an Aviation class is Jan. 24 Last day to drop an Aviation class for a refund and “No Record Shown” is Feb. 1 The “W” deadline for an Aviation class is April 24.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT CA RESIDENCY DOCUMENTATION

DEADLINE TO REGISTER/ADD A SEMESTER-LONG COURSE
Unless class is open entry or late-start. Use online services. All add codes must be used by Feb 11. Instructors may choose not to allow students to add their class after the first meeting even if a seat is available. Check with instructor before adding class.
February 9
LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR AN INDEPENDENT STUDY
February 10
“NRS” DEADLINE “No Record Shown”.
Semester long-courses dropped by this date do not appear on the student’s permanent record. The “NRS” deadline for short-term courses is <20% of the class meetings.
February 11
DEADLINE TO DROP WITH A REFUND
Fees will be refunded by check to student (regardless of original method of payment) when semester-long courses are officially dropped by this date. Short-term courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed. For one or two-day classes, this date will occur before the start of the course.

PRESIDENT’S DAY HOLIDAY
No day or evening classes on 2/16 and 2/19. Saturday/Sunday classes will meet 2/17 and 2/18.
