About Me
I’ve been teaching at Gavilan since 2013 and also teach at Las Positas College. Before that, I taught creative writing, poetry, and rhetoric and composition for three years at New Mexico State University.
I currently work as the Learning Commons Coordinator to make sure that every student at Gavilan gets the learning support they need to succeed in their college classes. During the fall and spring semesters, I teach English 12A-C, the Tutoring Writers courses that prepare Gavilan students to work in the Writing Center and the Learning Commons as peer educators.
