Official TEAS SCORES (updated):
- The scores must be entered initially in NursingCAS. An unofficial copy may be uploaded to NursingCAS. If admitted to the program, then an official copy will be required. In order for TEAS scores to be considered official, they must be sent directly from ATI to alliedhealth@gavilan.edu
Official Transcripts:
- Official Transcripts must be requested and submitted to NursingCAS only NOT sent to Allied Health or Gavilan College. If you have listed Allied Health or Gavilan College as the recipient for your transcripts, please correct immediately.

The application will be through NursingCAS and TEAS scores are required to apply. Official transcripts from All colleges, including Gavilan College and LVN Program, must be submitted through NursingCAS for your application to be complete. An Application Workshop will be mandatory and they will occur in February, dates to be determined. An Orientation to the LVN to RN program will be held prior to the semester for admitted applicants only, attendance is highly recommended.
We will be accepting applications for the LVN to RN Bridge Program for Fall 2022 in Spring 2022.

Our new generic RN program will not start Fall 2021 as previously announced, however; we will have a LVN to RN cohort. The generic RN program's new start date is Fall 2022.

The LVN application period will be April 2022, the cohort will start Spring 2023 and the RN application period will be February 2021, this cohort will start Fall 2021.

LVN acceptance letters and letters of regret will be sent via email on October 1, 2020. Letters will be sent to the email address listed on the nursing application.

Due to COVID-19, prerequisite courses taken as pass/no pass in Spring 2020, Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021 and Fall 2021 semesters will be processed as neutral for future applicants. Additionally, online labs will be accepted if taken in Summer or Fall 2020. The sciences must be from a public community college or a 4-year university.

Fall 2020 RN cohort update: Eligible applicants will be notified soon by email of TEAS, PEDS and OB exams dates. Additionally, denial emails will be sent soon.
LVN update: Acceptance letters will be sent in Fall 2020 for the cohort starting Spring 2021. Applications for the following cohort starting Fall 2022 will be available next year, 2021. More information on exact application dates will be available at a later time.
Pass/no pass letter grade option: Due to Covid-19, prerequisite courses taken as pass/no pass during the Spring and Summer 2020 terms will be processed as neutral for future applicants.
