Program Review Data are metrics related to student outcomes and demographics based on instructional and non-instructional programs at Gavilan College

Planning Documents are the primary documents used by the college aligned to the College's mission, vision and values

Student Achievement Metrics (Institution-Set Standards and Aspirational/Stretch Goals) are reviewed annually by the College and reported to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC)

Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE) Report a survey administered during the spring to measure institutional practices and student behaviors highly correlated to student learning and retention - it is a survey created by the University of Texas at Austin's College of Education 

Student Equity Planning Data  contains metrics that are required for establishing plans to reduce equity gaps

Vision 2030 Goals and Metrics are metrics that relate to the College's progress towards the CCCCO's vision 2030 agenda

State Data

Student Success Metrics provides an overview of the student achievement metrics available at the state, macroregion, microregion, district and college and based on student journey type such as all students, cohorts, adult education/ESL, short-term career education, degree/transfer, and undecided/other students

Data Mart displays the Management Information Systems (MIS) data of students/headcounts, course outcomes such as success rates and retention, transfer volume and velocity, student services counts and demographics, courses/calendars, and faculty and staff counts and demographics

Transfer Level Gateway Completion Dashboard displays the learning progress of students who completed both transfer-level English and math within one year of enrolling in a college, and provides student outcomes of students in Statistics and Liberal Math (SLAM) and Business-Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (BSTEM) pathways

CTE Outcomes Survey (2025 Gavilan College Report) is a statewide study to assess employment outcomes of students who have participated in career technical education coursework at California Community Colleges

DataVista is a statewide data system that provides data on progress, success, employment, and earnings outcomes for California Community College students (old dashboards appeared on LaunchBoard)

ACCJC Student Achievement Dashboards displays the metrics collected from the annual report to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) which includes three-year trends of student outcomes across ACCJC member institutions 

California Student Aid Commission displays reports and data dashboards related to financial aid programs such as the Cal Grant program, applications submitted disaggregated by college, high school, county and student demographics

Student Right-to-Know Rate Disclosure Website provides a statewide and college report updated annually in May to display data for the Student Longitudinal Outcomes Tracking System (SLOTS - the First Time Freshmen Cohort Study), meaning this data is based on a cohort of students tracked over a three year period showing their completion and transfer rates

Cradle-to-Career Data links California school district data to higher education data at public colleges and universities

National Data

College Scorecard provides a site to compare colleges on graduation rates, annual cost, and degree types among other variables to help students and families make informed decisions about colleges

Explore Careers provides resources for exploring careers, job outlook, and wages information helpful for students and career advisors

Census Data provides tables, maps, charts, and profiles of communities based on geography and topics collected from surveys
