Important Transportation Updates - Professional Development Day
Dear Gavilan College Community,
We're excited to share the latest agenda and transportation updates for our upcoming Professional Development Day!
Our Spring 2025 Professional Development Day is scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2025. We're thrilled to host it at our beautiful new Hollister Campus at 505 Fairview Rd., Hollister.
To explore the full session lineup and register for the ones that ignite your curiosity, visit www.gavilan.edu/intranet/dir. After logging in with your employee ID number and password, click the "ALL SESSIONS" button.
To ensure employees have options to either return early or stay for the entire day, we have added additional buses to bring employees back to the Gilroy campus at the following departure times:
- 1:20pm - arriving at the Gilroy campus by approximately 1:50pm
- 3:45pm - arriving at the Gilroy campus by approximately 4:15pm
- 5:00pm - arriving at the Gilroy campus by approximately 5:30pm
Please complete the attendance form to RSVP for the event, lunch, and transportation. Make sure to indicate your departure time to ensure smooth logistics for the day. This information helps us accurately plan transportation and cater meals for all in-person attendees.
