Power Outage

Dear Gavilan Community,

We are experiencing a power outage at the Gilroy campus. PG&E has given us an estimated time of 12:45 to restore energy to our area. To keep everyone safe, the following decisions have been made:

• Today, Thursday, December 21, 2023, the Gilroy campus will be closed.
• Gilroy campus employees will work remotely. If you need a laptop, please contact IT at help@gavilan.edu.
• All in-person meetings will transition to Zoom.
• Limited Gilroy campus student services will be provided remotely.

As always, your safety is a top priority for us. Please stay safe and healthy.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Pedro Avila
