** Project has been delayed by one week. Construction in Parking Lot A will start on October 5 and NOT on September 27.
** Overflow parking will be available by the football field off Lot H.
Starting September 27, and going through December 19, portions of Parking Lots A and C will be closed off (one section at a time) to allow for the installation of Solar Panel-covered parking. This project is good for the environment, provides covered parking, and will save the college a lot of money in electricity costs over the long run. Over the short run (during construction) we will be inconvenienced with fewer available parking spaces for both staff and students.

The work will be divided into three areas of about 150 spaces at a time that will impact roughly half of Lot A and all of Lot C for approximately 20 days each over the work period period. We may need to park farther from classes and activities than usual, and allot more time to find parking during this time. We are also looking into leveling the open lot between the south end of the football field and the golf course to provide more temporary parking.

We know this will be an inconvenience -- lets keep the benefits in mind, and it will be over before we know it!
