Student Title IX Training
California community colleges are required to provide students with educational and prevention information about sexual violence as part of campus orientation.
Beginning September 1, 2024, and each year thereafter, AB 2683 requires each California community college to:
- Annually train its students in sexual violence and sexual harassment as part of established campus orientations
- Require students attending the college to self-certify that they have completed their annual training within six months of the beginning of the academic year
- Post educational and preventative information on sexual violence and sexual harassment on its campus website.
All students must view the required material below and complete the short self-certification form.
