Youth Piano Competition
Marian Filice Youth Piano Competition & Music Festival
Due to Covid this year’s competition will be entirely virtual. On the day of the Competition judges will at the Gavilan theatre adjudicating. A live feed of the competition will be provided for the public on our website. Two judges will adjudicate the competition and will offer written constructive comments for each contestant. Winners will be announced at the end of each division.

Repertoire |
Contestants will be expected to have prepared two contrasting pieces from the classical repertoire performed by memory (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, or Contemporary). Please submit a scanned copy of your music with your application and URL link. |
Awards |
Certificate of participation will be mailed to all participants. |
Application |
Application: Entry fees: $20 per participant (non refundable), checks made payable to Gavilan College. Competition is only open to those who reside in the Gavilan College service area: Hollister, Gilroy, San Juan Bautista, Morgan Hill, Coyote Creek, San Martin and South San Jose. |
