Gavilan Students: please return borrowed equipment, including including laptops*, mifi/hotspots*, calculators, library books, and textbooks--at one of the events scheduled below. Download this flyer.

Students registered for classes for Summer 2021 may keep laptops and Sprint mifi's until end of Summer semester. All Verizon mifi's must be returned. Students registered for Summer 2021 may exchange Verizon mifi's for a replacement device. calculator_books_laptop.PNG

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMING TO CAMPUS/BRIGGS BUILDING
DO NOT COME TO CAMPUS IF:
You are experiencing symptoms of COVID 19 such as Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell

You are an at-risk population: Older adults, 65 or older, immunocompromised, have heart conditions, chronic lung, kidney disease, and/or diabetes

Students may send someone else in their place to drop off materials, by pre-arrangement
(see contact information below)
YOU MUST:

  • Wear a mask while on campus
  • Follow the specific directions using map below.
  • Remain at least 6 feet away from other people while on campus. Avoid physical contact.
  • Go directly to your assigned area.
  • Do not remain on campus longer than is needed to complete the pre-arranged task. Time
  • limitations will be enforced.
  • Follow the directions of campus security and EOC staff at all times.


Additional Information

  • Students registered for classes for Summer semester may keep laptop and Sprint MiFi equipment for use through July 2021. Students not taking classes Summer semester must return equipment.
  • All Verizon mifi's must be returned. Students registered for classes for Summer semester may exchange their Verizon mifi for a replacement.
