Academic Standards- Probation & Dismissal
If you find yourself not in good standing and on probation or dismissal, please follow the next steps. We are here for support!

Step 1: Make an appointment with your counselor
Step 2: Complete all forms & directions from counselor
Step 3: Connect with a representative from Admissions & Records Office through our Student Welcome Center & click on "Join live ZOOM for help"
Step 4: Be ready to share
- Your name
- Photo Identification
- Reason for visit
- Course Name(s)
- CRN #(s)
Step 5: Follow agreements made on your improvement plan & contact your counselor if you have any questions or concerns.

Improvement plans to get back into good academic standing (have a Cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0+ and have completed more than 50% {67% to receive financial aid} of your classes with C or better), can vary from person to person. See more information how your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) can affect your financial aid.

Note: If you are recognized on the Dean's List, President's Honor Roll, you can add this to your academic or professional resume, for transfer, scholarship or job applications.
