Friday, February 1 at 4:30, unless course is on the Open Entry or Late Start list.

Friday, February 8 - Fees, minus a $10 processing fee, will be refunded when semester-long courses are officially dropped by this date.  Refunds are not automatic, even when a class is cancelled.  Students must complete a drop card prior to 5 p.m. on February 8 and file a Request for Refund form no later than February 22..  Short-term courses must be dropped before 10% of the course meetings have passed.  For one or two day courses, this date will occur before the start of the course.

Friday, February 15 and Monday, February 18 - No day, evening, or weekend classes.

Tuesday, February 19 - No day or evening classes.

Friday, February 22 - No Record Shown.  Semester-long courses dropped by this date do not appear on the student's permanent record.  The "NRS" deadline for a short-term course is 30% of the course meetings.

Friday, February 22 - Last day to elect the CR/NC grading option for designated, semester-long courses.

Friday, March 29 - No day or evening classes.

Saturday, March 30 - Friday, April 5 - No day, evening, or weekend classes.  Weekend classes resume on Saturday, April 6.

Thursday, April 11 - See a counselor to complete a petition.

Friday, May 3 - Semester-long courses dropped by this date appear on the student's permanent record with a notation of "W" for withdrawn.  The "W" deadline for a short-term course is 75% of the course meetings.

Saturday, May 25 through Monday, May 27

Sunday, June 2 - Saturday, June 8

Friday, June 7, 6:30 p.m. (Date is tentative)

Saturday, June 8

Monday, June 24 - Grades available for pickup in the Admissions and Records Office.  To have grades mailed, leave a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the Admissions and Records Office.
