    TRiO provides academic and career counseling. We work closely with other student support services to ensure that TRiO students understand the many options available and the requirements that must be met. Interest inventories, and career exploration are utilized. TRiO students have the opportunity to meet with a counselor to complete an individualized education plan, which structures their academic and career goals.

The TRiO staff is ready to work with you to make your academic goals a reality.

 Cultural & Campus Activities: 

     TRiO participants will have opportunities to interact with other SSS students and attend performances or activities that will enrich your college experience.  TRiO strives to build a learning community where our students from diverse backgrounds have opportunities to enjoy the diversity of the Gilroy community.  To this end, we provide free social and cultural activities throughout the year for students to meet their TRiO peers, faculty, and staff.

 Volunteer Opportunities:  

     TRiO students are encouraged to participate in as many on-campus volunteer opportunities as possible.
