Pay: $8.00 an hour

Job Description: Interview and hire qualified seasonal associates and coordinate employment/recruiting needs for all departments. Promote Gilroy Gardens as a place to work. Promote departmental positions. Assist with recruitment efforts. Accurately track applicant information. Interview and hire team members. Communicate with applicants via phone, mail, or in person. Input and utilize database information to fill open positions. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Assist in all areas of HR and/or other departments as necessary. Work in the Park as needed on difficult staffing days. Perform all assigned job duties in a safe matter. Must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma and valid CA driver's license. Must have reliable transportation. Some local travel required within 50-mile radius. Must be a team player and role model. Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
