GAVILAN DISTANCE EDUCATION

DEFINITION: Gavilan defines distance education as online, televised, and other yet-to-be adopted modes of learning which do not take place in a traditional college classroom, and for which teacher and student are not physically in the same location. It should be noted that distance education components can be adopted in traditional classes, but "distance education" as used here refers to classes that are delivered on-line or via television.

GAVILAN'S DISTANCE EDUCATION POLICY: (Soon to be adopted.)
