El Teatro Campesino (ETC) is a world- renowned Latino theater company based in San Juan Bautista. ETC hosts our STAR San Juan Bautista summer theatre performing arts program in their playhouse.
The Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista has been a tremendous supporter of the STAR Program in San Juan Bautista for several years. Our STAR San Juan Bautista session is held in the historic El Teatro Campesino's Playhouse and the Rotary Club of San Juan Bautista has generously awarded full tuition scholarships to STAR kids residing in Aromas or San Juan Bautista. Their support has been essential in enabling children who might not be otherwise experience the educational benefits of participating in the performing arts.
