WHO: Gavilan College Theater 

WHAT: Presents the play "Taming of the Shrew" by  William Shakespeare, adapted for Gavilan College stage by Randall Stuart of "Upon These Boards," and directed by Gavilan College theater instructor John Lawton Haehl, PhD.

"Taming of the Shrew" is a romantic comedy raising serious questions about roles within marriage. It includes such Shakespearean elements as a play-within-a-play, disguises, and mistaken identity.

WHEN:  8 p.m. performances on Friday April 27 and Saturday April 28; Friday May 4 and Saturday May 5; Friday May 11 and Saturday, May 12

 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, may 12.
