NEW: Dr. O is in the StudiO! featuring Gavilan College psychology instructor Dr. Carlton Oler speaking about mental health issues: recognizing them, and overcoming them to achieve "educational bliss." First show topic: "Procrastination"
NEW: Live Football! This past Saturday afternoon, the Gavilan Rams Football game against Merced was streamed LIVE over the Internet. The game was viewed from as far away as Oaxaca, Mexico. Thanks to the technical crew lead by Shawn Mulcare with Anahuac Valdez and students from Gavilan College television classes: Manny Tovar, Lucia Leal, Ryan Terry, Freddie Marsh, Susan Gutrugianios did amazing work. The game was announced by Joe Cardinalli and GECA student Alexandria Aragon. Rams announcer and Gavilan College Facilities Director Jeff Gopp saved the start of the game by bravely singing the national anthem when the pre recorded song did not work.

RETURNING: Gavazine!: This all-student run and hosted show covers what's new on campus and in the community, with humor, flair, and some irreverence.
RETURNING: Good Morning Gavilan: Hosted by Director of Public Information Jan Bernstein Chargin, this morning talk show features in-depth interviews with guests and events from Gavilan College and the community. Adoptable pets from the Santa Clara County Animal Shelter in San martin are frequent visitors to the show.
RETURNING: Let's Ask Alice: Gavilan College public health nurse Alice Dufresne-Reyes covers timely health and wellness topics, from nutrition to flu prevention to domestic violence, with visiting community experts.
RETURNING: Carol on Creativity: Local artist Carol Peters invites us into her studio for step-by-step instruction in creating beautiful pieces of homemade art.
RETURNING: Art is Essential: Gavilan College Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences brings in-depth interviews with artists and musicians, both the Gavilan College faculty and visiting artists.
