WHO: Gavilan College
WHAT: has signed a Notice of Preparation (NOP) to initiate comments that should be considered when preparing the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the new Gavilan College campus in San Benito County. The NOP was mailed to all legally required agencies who have an interest in the project.
A "scoping session" will be held for representatives of public agencies to provide comments and to note areas of concern to the college as it prepares the Draft EIR. Members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting.
Once comments are received regarding the NOP a Draft Environmental Impact Report will be prepared and published for public comment and questioning.
