Register now for Summer and Fall Classes

WHO: New, continuing, and returning students, plus high school students in grades 9-12

WHAT: Can register now for Summer and Fall classes at Gavilan College

WHEN: Check out registration calendars online, at or call (408) 848-4800 for registration days and times, which vary.

WHERE: Gilroy Main Campus, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd, Gavilan College Morgan Hill at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center, and Gavilan College Hollister at the Briggs Building.

WHY: Summer classes begin the weeks of June 2, 6, 13, and 20. Fall semester classes start the week of August 22. Classes will be offered days, evenings and weekends, in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Hollister, and online. Most classes are transferable to UC or CSU systems (see Schedule of Classes for details.)

New classes for Summer 2005 include Field Ecology, Statistics for Business and Economics, Scientific Skin Care (Esthetics), Pilates, Introduction to the Social Sciences, and Introduction to Scriptwriting. New classes for Fall 2005 include Medical Coding, Game Programming, Intermediate Word Processing with MS Word, Intermediate Excel, Basic Digital Film/Video Production, Applied Networking, 3D Animation, Statistics for Business and Economics, Children's Literature, Life Skills for Higher Education, Ancient Americas: A History Through Art, Elementary Japanese, Jazz/Pop Piano, Pilates, Self-Defense for Women, Aikido, Introduction to Meteorology, Real Estate Principles, Introduction to Social Sciences and Introduction to Scriptwriting.
