WHO: The Gavilan College Cosmetology Department students and staff
WHAT: Invite the community to their Annual Hairstyle Show and Dinner Dance to benefit Cosmetology students at Gavilan College. Guests will be treated to a show of 50 - 80 different "looks", with hairstyles created by the students of the Gavilan College Cosmetology program on live models. Both casual and formal styles will be exhibited. Pick up some ideas for holiday parties! There will be a no-host cocktail bar. Following the hairstyle show will be D.J. music for dancing.
WHEN: November 19, 2004. 7:30 p.m. - midnight
WHERE: Gilroy Elks Lodge, 2765 Hecker Pass Road, Gilroy, CA 95020
WHY: This fundraiser will provide scholarships for cosmetology students. Cosmetology students complete a 1600 hour licensing program to meet the requirements of the State Board of Cosmetology. Students purchase their own materials to complete the program including cosmetology kits, manikins, and uniforms.
