Online Transcripts!
Gavilan College now has an Online Transcript Ordering process! We are partnering with Credentials Solutions, Inc. Students can submit their transcript requests online, pay online and have their transcripts processed quickly. The turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days with this new service.

Bulletin Boards
  • The exterior bulletin boards are scheduled to be refurbished this summer, starting July 15. They will have new pin board attached to them and then the post and wood supports will be painted to match the new color standards approved by the Board of Directors. If you have information that you wish to keep posted on these boards, then it should be removed until the refurbishment is complete. Estimated time of completion will be August 16, 2013.
  • Bulletin boards within office areas and classrooms are acquired and maintained by individual departments. If you wish to acquire bulletin boards for interior offices/classrooms, these can be installed by Facilities. Send a work request to maintenance@gavilan.edu
Cosmetology
The Gavilan College Cosmetology Department is open for services.
When: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays
Time: 10:30 am – 2:00 pm (All chemical services begin no later than 12:30 pm Color, perms)
