Accept applications for admissions, sell catalogs, and distribute class schedules. |
| Registration & Records |
Class registration, Add/drops, Assessment Test Results, Forms: Transcript Requests, Credit/NC, Change of Info. |
| Financial Aid |
Assistance with BOG Fee Waiver forms, Assistance with financial aid information. |
| Orientation & Assessment Tests |
Orientation (online), Assessment/Placement tests (check list for times & locations. |
| Counseling |
Academic and educational planning available every Wednesday by appointments only (no walk-ins). Schedule appointment by calling the Morgan Hill site (408) 782-2873. |
| Student Support Services |
- EOPS/CALWORKS - Call for appointment at 408 848-4740.
- TUTORING - all levels of math, including accounting classes.
Every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in room 5.
- ASB photo taken for the ASB card.
- Order text books on-line at efollet.com. Purchase scantrons and bluebooks.
- Borrow library books on-line and pick them up at MH site
- Receive research assistance from Gavilan librarian every Monday - Tuesday from 9:30 - 11:30 am in room 5
