You can use the links below to find inventions and their inventors.
Some of the sites have lots of information; others have very little.
We can use these links to find an invention or a name.
Then we can use search engines and libraries to find more details.

National Inventors Hall of Fame  - Each year, the Selection Committee of the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation selects inventors from a field of people nominated by peers and the public. You can search by name of inventor or browse an alphabetical list of inventions to find information.

You can also find information in books.
Use the Santa Clara County Library to find books in Gilroy or Morgan Hill.
Use the San Benito County Library if you live in Hollister.

Type in your search words in the second box, then click on GO.

From the list that appears next, you can click on the title for details about each item, plus which libraries have a copy of the item. You can order the item at your closest branch, and it will be sent to you.

San Benito County Library
Use this library if you live in Hollister or
San Juan Bautista
