Program Plan and
Program Review

In program plans, each program lays out what they hope to accomplish for that year. The plans are composed of: a program’s overall vision and individual objectives the program hopes to accomplish for the next year. Each objective should be linked with a strategic plan goal and requires supporting rationale or a link to an IEC recommendation. The program representative also lists the activities needed to accomplish an objective. If any of these activities have costs, they are detailed on an associated budget request.
