If you need any services during the Fall 2009 semester, such as:

• adaptive equipment checkout
• alternate media
• note taking,
• extended time on tests, or
• tram

complete the necessary form, and turn it in at the main DRC office (Library 117).

  • Note-taking (Be sure to attach your class schedule & read the student responsibility handout on note-taking requests.)
  • Extended Time on Tests (You must pick up the form in the main DRC office (Library 117).
