The Career Transfer Center is available to assist students with a variety of resources to meet career, and university transfer requirements. Our resources and services include:
Career Assessments: Student may utilize the Eureka, Career Cafe, and other programs to identify their values, interests, skills and apitudes, as well as their personality type. They also can provide information regarding careers, occcupation, and selecting a major.Click here for more information
Visits from University Representatives:Students can discuss specific issues and concerns about transferring to a UC, CSU, or Private University during scheduled university visits. Includes specialized transfer support services, financial aid, scholarships and programs that support their majors / housing.
Transfer Preparation Workshop: These workshops provide information on the requirements needed to transfer as well as assistance with completing UC, CSU, Private University, and Out-of-State University applications.
Transfer Fair: Fairs offer students a chance to meet and speak with numerous university representatives at one event.
Transfer Resource Library: Students may search through the many brochures, catalogs, and other university informational materials.
Career Development Workshop: Students will receive assistance with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and tips on dressing for success.
Career/Job Fairs: The Transfer and Career Center hosts a job fair in which local organizations and companies visit the campus to seek students and community members to fill internships, part-time, and full-time positions.
