Counseling Appointments and Walk-in Services

Scheduled Appointment

30 minute sessions

Weekdays 8am to 8pm (4pm on Friday)

Individualized, confidential, 30 minute sessions

Schedule an appointment by using the Touch-Screen Computer located in the Admission's Building (SC111) or by calling 408-848-4723

The schedule changes in January, June, July, and August. Please check the Location and Service Hours for updated information
 

Walk - In Service

10 minute sessions

 Weekdays 8:30am to 1pm

First-come-first-served, 10 minute sessions

Counselor may require student to schedule an appointment.

Student must register for Walk-In services on the Touch Screen Computer located in the Admission's Building (SC111)

Specialized Counseling:

  • Special programs such as EOPS/CalWorks, DSPS, TRIO, and MESA have counseling faculty that are located throughout the campus and who have different counseling hours. Please contact program personnel for counseling availability and appointments.

Please note that all counselors observe the academic year calendar and therefore it is highly recommended that you plan ahead and schedule to meet with a counselor early during the semester. Also recognize that during registration months (November-January, May-August), counseling appointments book-up quickly and the wait time for Walk-In services can be up to two hours. Avoid the frustration of waiting by scheduling to meet with a counselor early during the academic year.
