What steps do I take to apply to the Indiana University 90/30 program?

STEP 1:

Complete an associates degree or 60 transferable units

STEP 2:

Complete 90/30 Eligibility Form Part A and meet with a Gavilan College counselor

STEP 3:

Apply to Indiana University after completing Skill Competency courses

STEP 4:

Complete 30 additional community college transferable units

STEP 5:

Complete 30 upper-division Indian University Distant Learning units for a Bachelors degree in General Studies

Interested Gavilan College students must complete Part A of this form, attach copies of all transcripts, and review form with a Gavilan College counselor to determine eligibility for the 90/30 program:

Please note the following:

You can apply to Indiana University at any time; nevertheless, it would be wise to apply only after you review your eligibility with a Gavilan College counselor.
The application fee is $50.00 for U.S. Citizens and $65.00 for International Students.
Once you start the 30 upper-division units through Indiana University distant education program you can expect the total educational costs to be $5,000.00 (including tuition and books/Academic Year 2006-07). You are NOT being charged out-of-state tuition. Indiana University does not offer financial aid through this program.
You will complete a total of 90 community college transferable units prior to starting the Indiana University Program.
Indiana University does not have any restrictions or timelines for completion of requirements.
