The Associate of Arts Degree-Transfer in Communication Studies was approved Spring 2010. It guarantees
students entry into the local area California State University of their choice. The Communication Studies Department at Gavilan College has seen exponential growth in declared majors and minors over recent years. We proudly acknowledge our alumni who have graduated with Associate of Arts-Transfer Degree.
