Associated Student Body
ASB Campus Clubs

Any student can join an existing campus club or start a new one. If you are interested in starting a new club, first take some time to read the Starting a New Campus Club document and view the Sample Club Constitution. To start a new club, you must have the following:

  • An on-campus advisor.
  • A constitution or set of by-laws.
  • A minimum of five interested students.

Upon submitting your slate of officers to the Student Senate, a new club can request a one-time start-up contribution of up to $200. Upon establishment, campus clubs can receive continued assistance and support with ongoing activities and a contribution of up to $100 each year. To request financial support, please review and complete the Inter Club Council Budget Request Form.

If your club needs a space on campus to hold its meetings, please be sure to reserve the ASB Club Room. All campus clubs interested in reserving the ASB Club Room to hold their meetings must complete the Club Room Reservation Form and submit it to the Vice President of Clubs via email at or in person in the ASB Office located in the Student Center.  The Club Room Reservation Form should be submitted to the VP of Clubs at least one week prior to the club meeting date.

In addition, a representative from each campus club must attend the Inter Club Council (ICC) meetings each semester. All ICC meetings will be held in the from 2:30pm-3:30pm in the Student Center North/South Lounge.

Campus Club Fundraisers
