This application is to be completed by new students
and those students who have been absent from Gavilan for
two semesters or more. Completed applications should be submitted
to the Admissions and Records Office at:

(Or to the Morgan Hill or Hollister sites) at least 10 business days prior
to registering for classes. If you are a new student and plan to take the Placement Assessment Test,
please submit your application at least 10 business days prior to your assessment date.
Students currently enrolled in High School must also complete a
High School Contract form.
Eligible students may also apply for a
Board of Governors Fee Waiver. |
